Below are some videos we have created in house to aid in processing coffee workflow and to help with the cleaning process.

CLEANING THE MACHINE

  • DAILY

    Coffee handles should be cleaned on a daily basis. Remove the basket and brush/clean under the baskets.

  • ONCE PER WEEK

    Put the handle in a large jug, fill until it is just below the plastic/rubber and add a small amount of cleaning powder.

  • RESULT

    Remove the handles, rinse and give a wipe down ready to be used again.
